Looking for the whole package? We’ve got you covered. Our add-ons are designed around seasonal produce and incorporated to be wood-fired in the oven. These are served canapé style to your guests prior to your pizzas.

All add-ons are subject to availability. We do our best to be gentle on the environment so aim to source as locally as possible.

how it works

We must be able to access the site up to a minimum of 4 hours prior to service time to be able to light the oven to get it cranking hot. We are happy to leave the oven overnight so as not to disturb the party if required!

Our menu is aimed to be spread out over a 2-hour serving period. We can pump out approximately 45 pizzas per hour. Please be aware, that means we cannot feed everyone at the same time, so starting food a bit earlier works best for our style!

We are weather-dependent and will work with your needs as much as possible, we will however need adequate cover in harsh weather and raining conditions to keep our oven cranking.

Food can be available from the pizza oven or staff can bring it to guests and/or tables. If staff is required you will be quoted upon request.

A non-refundable booking fee of $1,600 + GST is required to secure your date. This fee covers our travel costs within 30 km from our base in Coroglen, wood, and pizza chefs.

Our per-head prices include food, set-up, napkins, and compostable serving items (if required).
